As Rogue says: get an Xtrons. They are really very good (I have mine installed for two years now and never had a fuss with it). It is advised to buy from a reputable seller. And get the firmware from Xtrons UK just in case.
There really is no need for the latest Android. There will *not* be security patches and I have never seen a unit that has gotten an update to a newer version. The apps you need run equally fine on Android 8, 9 or 10 and these Android versions will be supported by these apps long after your unit is probably written off.
