Unhappy Alternator V6 problem

Hello, I still have a new problem on the 75.

I was driving this morning, the battery light came on with the message "alternator problem".
Then the message went out a few seconds later.

I looked under the hood to see if the belt was broken but it was still there.
I noticed that the indicator lights up above 3000 RPM (with the same message) and the battery no longer charges.
After a few seconds, the alternator recharges the battery again if I do not exceed 3000 RPM.

What do you think? Is the alternator to be changed? Is this a difficult job?

Thank you.
