That was probably me Terry as last summer I had exactly the symptoms you've described: ABS and "brake fault" warning lights. After clearing both rear brake drums of dust using brushes and aerosol brake cleaner, the fault has never returned.
Perhaps yours weren't cleaned as comprehensively as they should have been.
You could book a T4 session and compare the report with mine.
