I am pretty much at the end of my abilities thus far. Could this be injector related? Would a leak back test show if the injectors are warn out? or am i still chasing an ecu problem.

Do you hear the fuel pump when you turn the ignition on? If you do, try easy start (pop the pipe off the EGR and spray in there), if it starts and runs it is probably the HP regulator on the back of the HP pump.
