The glow plugs would have been a false avenue really, have you done a leak back test, do you have an under bonnet pump, is that running ok? as the ECM you have fitted ever been wet? you need to get it on a T4 if you can save you the trouble of second guessing.
Hey arctic thanks for your reply,
All items removed from a running car at a scrappers, yes i do have an UBP both that and ITP are running. I have opened and examined the ecu and all seems clean and good (I do have some knowledge with PCB's in computers and consoles) and all components look good and no evidence of water damage. My hope had been to be able to run her on the replacement parts at least long enough to get her to a specialist.
