Brake pipe leaking on a hydraulic braking system front to rear (1.1.11 (b) (ii))
Repair immediately (major defects):
Offside Rear Brake pipe excessively corroded front to rear (1.1.11 (c))
Nearside Front Brake disc significantly and obviously worn (1.1.14 (a) (i))
Offside Front Brake disc significantly and obviously worn (1.1.14 (a) (i))
Nearside Front Tyre has a tear, caused by separation or partial failure of its structure (5.2.3 (d) (i))
Offside Front Tyre has a tear, caused by separation or partial failure of its structure (5.2.3 (d) (i))
Nearside Rear Tyre has a tear, caused by separation or partial failure of its structure (5.2.3 (d) (i))
Nearside Windscreen wiper does not clear the windscreen effectively (3.4 (b) (ii))
Monitor and repair if necessary (advisories):
Offside Rear Tyre worn close to legal limit/worn on edge (5.2.3 (e))
Offside Rear Shock absorbers light misting of oil or has limited damping effect (5.3.2 (b))

Offside Rear Coil spring fractured or broken (5.3.1 (b) (i))
Nearside Front Brake pipe excessively corroded (1.1.11 (c))
Service brake efficiency below requirements (1.2.2 (a) (i))
