i got 4 door cars of a year 2000 model to put on new leather all over, i have to clean it all, renove all the dust and dirty ( foan an gle has been desintegrate , yes as you said but the looks much more better than on my 2004 year model ) and i got a profesional glue for leather for cars . i will let you now how it works, as it going to be not only the panels but also door handle and door arnrest.
