Well the Wi-Fi tablet that came with the Electricity & Gas smart meters came back to life today & we've been put on the Octopus Flexible E tariff of 19.95p/kWh, Just that one rate throughout
I logged into the new Octopus account tonight & sent today's gas & electricity meter readings but it Bizarrely says we don't have a DD account set up despite them taking out a payment at the beginning of the month
Sounds like par for the course up to now
