ClientEarth have got their lawyers onto that coal operation in Cumbria and their lawyers have welcomed Drax Power’s announcement that it is abandoning plans to build a gas mega-plant in North Yorkshire.ClientEarth took the UK Government to court over its decision to approve a 3.6GW gas plant in Selby, which came to a head in a Court of Appeal ruling last month.
