As klarzy said with the IPK. Or you could score lucky and buy a 'virginized' IPK that would just need a T4 session. No EEPROM swapping neccessary.
Rain sensing wipers you wont be able to fit without getting a new windscreen fitted as the rain sensor is built into the glass...
Of course if you insurance covers windscreen replacement for a small excess, you could 'assume' you have rain sensors  |
TBH if getting to a T4 is not easy the eeprom swap is a lot simpler and cheaper..
