Hi Everyone.

Firstly thank you for the interest shown and positive comments so far. No viewings have been arranged yet, but in the meantime I thought it might be useful to share the answers to the questions I have received so far:-

The car is in Brixham, Devon.
The clutch and flywheel are still the originals.
The Leather seats do not have any tears.
The thermostat was replaced 2 years ago (at the same time as the subframe was taken off to be cleaned up and coated after an mot advisory)
Tyres have plenty of life left in them and there is a steel space saver tyre in the boot.
During it's service in March 2018 the garage advised the front pads would need replacing in about 4k miles. The car has done just 320 Miles since then.
Both Front springs were replaced a few years ago after one snapped!
There are a few drops of water getting into the boot, I have been working through the usual suspects
There is no rust showing on the wheel arches or sills.

That's it for now.

Thanks

Stuart
