me neither, no idea what so ever. I do them up with my fingers until I can no longer turn them and then use a spanner. Sometimes the nipple has just gone stiff and a spanner turns the nipple a few more turns but if I can feel the nipple is fully home 1it is feel but I doubt it is another 1/2 turn.
1/5 to a 1/3 may be. I think it varies
