You'll never polish out any significant scratches in glass using T-Cut. By significant, I mean anything you can detect with your fingernail. I suppose if the glass is just slightly 'misty' due to superficial abrasion, you might eventually polish it out. You'll need very strong arms or a lot of time with a rotory buffer. Whatever you can do to a headlamp lens, glass is a hundred times more difficult. It took me a couple of hours a day for several months to grind and polish a six inch glass mirror. For polishing glass, you need stuff based on cerium oxide.
