Praise for BT
I know, me praising BT, I must be on drugs.
No no it is true, despite them cocking my order up the customer services Sunday and today has been very good, a shining example of how customer services should be.
BT took over my Now TV package on the 24th December, I have not TV just so I can watch the sky football.
Sunday...... no football on my package I had to pay £9.99 for a day pass.
I ring BT they advise there is no football on my package and credit my account with £10, or £9.99 I have not checked.
Today, ring to discuss. Ok some confusion I don't have Now TV and wont for a couple of weeks but if there is any football on Now TV that I have to buy a pass for, they will cover the cost.
I think that is excellent customer service, understand the customers problem and provide a solution.
Why oh why cant all the customer services team be that good?
