Any way I have one still in the box unopened and the faceplate I bought at the time. My question really is it worth it given its out of date android status probably?
It will do most of what I want in a system!
It only cost me £12.64 deliverd back in November 2016 so not a huge loss.
Does anyone still have one fitted and running OK?
Thanks Tam.

My Rungrace is still going strong Tam, never had a fault in these four years, pretty good going I'd say. I still have two spare units sat on my shelf, I bought them just in case, only paid £10.
If I remember correctly these units were £250 as sold on ebay and the likes of Gearbest, Aliexpress, also Amazon. I also remember Radioguy was selling the same universal sized 178x100mm units for twice the price.
Here you go, £246 @Gearbest.

Still on Amazon

I guess these units are running android 4.2 which is a bit outdated now as you have mentioned, but I haven't had any issues running or downloading apps, thankfully. One of the GPS apps I use is called MapFactor Navigator, has free updates, and the maps are downloaded onto the SD card, no need for a data connection, same as using a regular satnav.
You may as well fit it and see what you think Tam, beats paying through the nose on something that will have been made in the same factory, they all eventually go wrong, it's the luck of the draw with all this stuff.
