And yes, Toaf can test all speeds, used it on an owner's car yesterday and discovered his slow speed wasn't working but medium and high were.

Maybe I need to take another look at the diagnostic port. I didn't get on my knees to look at it but the obd2 cable in my hand didn't feel like it wanted to go in. Then I believe I read that not all the diesels have obd2 ports. I can't remember what the alternative port is unfortunately as my memory is shocking
