When you take the wheel off, you will see two holes in the spring seat carrier. You will be able to see which bolt goes where, in which hole. They are self tapping. Never known anyone complain about the screws being not up to the job. There was a recall for certain chassis numbers by Rover because, they said it was a bad batch of springs? You may ask why spring’s still are breaking.
