I am quite surprised about that - did you actually call customer services? I was very dubious the 1st time I tried calling them but I got through to a very pleasant Irish lady who sorted everything out in about an hour. I've had similar experiences on other occasions as well. To be fair I've never bothered with the text or call back service, I want to speak to real people there and then.
Paypal get a very bad press but I must have processed over £100k through them in the past 3 years with my businesses and I've never had a single problem (probably shouldn't had said that should I
) - once you qualify for a reduction in the fees it's even better obviously!
