Hi David, hope your well. Thanks for that info. The PCB that's in the FBH now has apparently been checked and OK'd by French Mike so I'd assume that is fine. After stripping the FBH I found the combustion chamber had a thin layer of carbon but was also covered in what looked and smelt like unused engine oil, which was also found in the fbh exhaust. But the gauze in the burner was totally covered with carbon, so I'm hoping this is the issue. Rebuild replace and test today so will post up the results. Thanks. Lee.
