It shouldnt take that long and cant still be going at 100% after an hour surely so I am assuming its either gone into part load or even idle load by then in which case previous posts about the FBH thinking it has reached temperature are worth checking out.

Do you know anyone else with a working FBH who could swop over the PCB to see if it makes a difference on your car ?
