Your probably right on most of the items, but Rovers poor rust proofing flaking off mild steel rear suspension arms makes me think that at 19 years of our wet winters and diabolical road surfaces. The rear arms have probably had it, 80% of the ones I have looked at for sale cheap recently have had dubious rear arms.
