Over the past seven weeks, we've seen a substantial drop in the weekly food bill - simply because SWMBO has had no opportunity to walk down a supermarket aisle, picking up anything which takes her fancy. Now, thanks to all the pretty pictures of grub etc. on the Morrison's on-line shopping site - we're back to square one. I haven't even ordered any alcohol, as it seems an opportune time to "dispose of" some of the bottles of wine and spirits that have built up over the years in the wine cabinet.
Like you, I haven't been in my club since 18th March - and don't expect to be there anytime soon. As part of the management committee, we are all keeping in touch to try and do whatever we can to ensure that there will still be a club to go to when we're 'released'.
