I think you will find for the reasons above the bolt will be tighter than 150nm and will take extra force to to break out , hence the broken Torque wench .
Ideally you want a straight pull from the socket with the breaker bar but realise you may need need to add extension or swivel , but each will loose you leverage . I would go down the impact socket route first trying 18mm or 11/16 af (approx 17.5 mm) using as last resort your extractors ! You can hammer on impact sockets if you have the room
