Not tried the above personally as I have always had success with my 7LB Lump Hammer Couple of hits and they usually surrender ! Heavier the hammer less bounce ! Thank Smudge for his input
If neither work Simon SD1too has had success with a two leg puller but up to now I have not had to resort to either other method !
