The 'included history' or 'back to original' debate is always an interesting one - I remeber fairly lengthy involved discussions about this in relation to historic building restoration whilst I was at university. It's all purely academic, as by putting the car (or building) back to 'original' you would then be adding to its history anyway, and showing the mindset of the individuals/club of the time.
