Certainly something to think about.
I've lived in terrace houses since leaving home and have always been able to hear some noise, such as light switches, wardrobes etc, but here it's on another level.
They have a toddler who uses the party wall as an activity centre I think..
They have spring door stoppers that he repeatedly activates causing shockwaves to resonate through my house.
I did ask once what the sound was and they laughed and told me, so I don't think it would be worth saying anything else.
Anyway, I'll speak to the company mentioned and try my local builders merchants.
