Chris; I think what Frank means is that the notches on the rear sprockets don't quite align with the flywheel/drive plate locking pin in place.

Frank; I and others have found this. Having renewed the front belt, remove the flywheel/drive plate locking pin and rotate the engine very slightly until the rear sprocket notches align. Now you will be able to fit the rear tools.

That's because the oil cooler pipes need to be disconnected.
