If this is correct (and I share Simondi's scepticism about the source of the information!), is anyone really going to argue that placing limits on those who have are unfortunate enough to suffer certain serious conditions is a bad thing?

That system is already in place. I lost my HGV entitlement after a period of dizzy spells. The crazy part was that I could still keep my motorcycle license!!!
