With track rod ends it doesn't matter where the screw thread starts because you can rotate the end afterwards to align it, but worth checking the tracking afterwards as mentioned for peace of mind.
I bought a Gunson's Trackrite years ago to keep an eye on the tracking of our cars - simple and quick to use and saves on paying a garage.
