I took loads of photos to aid re-assembly, then one bolt at a time. It helped that I had another one on the car I could refer to. It wasn't as bad as you might think from looking at all the springs.

Re the gasket, Rimmers sell a small kit with all the gaskets & seals that you need here: https://rimmerbros.com/Item--i-MKG100260L which was what I used. I also bought a new throttle body to manifold gasket (https://rimmerbros.com/Item--i-LWF100100) though to be honest, I doubt you really need it.
