Yes, totally accepted that things can and do go wrong. Perhaps it could be something to be available to the judiciary on sentencing. I was thinking more of the really big criminals with really big money - drugs barons etc. and/or the big corporations who know that the resources to did and dig and dig simply aren't going to be made available to thoroughly investigate them.

I think some cases are easier to prove then others, with the post office I am not convinced evidence that could be touched, seen or smelt was there. It was, the money is missing and they took it.
