I wouldn't have thought "a fill" would have any detrimental effect. The main problem for "to-day's" cars will be if the fuel is left to stagnate. Older cars will have more problems (but not on one fill) as many parts will not be able to resist the corrosive effect! (my Triumph for instance).

E10 will run slightly hotter than E5
E5 will run slightly hotter than petrol
