I have a gearbox refurbed here in Coventry for My Mrs now ex lol Peugeot 307. The gearbox was very noisy. They changed all the bearings in the box and I gave them a new clutch to fit whilst they were there and it cost £500. The problem with unknown gearboxes and engines I always end up buying a dud one and only finding out after its been fitted.
