Totally agree I get about 25 mpg on local roads real s***. But for me driving my R75 Contemporary SE with the looks I get and comments from people,and its such a beautiful car to drive...... outweighs the mpg.......

Only good thing about diesels are the higher mpg, but they do chug after a while, and they smell of diesel too, how many cars have you walked near, or got into and smelt the odour of diesel.... I used to drive many different diesel taxis many years ago and they all did.

Oh! and the price of petrol is cheaper than diesel.................
