I would stay away from Lucas. They are just generic Chinese rubbish.
Philips and Osram Nightbreakers are excellent for light output. But, the additional light does come at the expense of lifespan.
Nowadays we don't do much driving down country lanes in the dark so I find Osram Ultralife perfectly fine. The have a 4-year lifespan guarantee.
