If you click on the 'Plate size' Tab, at the top then click on Model-specific car plates, then click on ROVER 75 (INCLUDING ZT) you will get the smiley plate

Yes they are road legal. carbon effect is legal (as is 3D & 'Hi-Line' font finishes) adn the typeface and letter size is within spec.

Plus they double as show plates because they look awesome IMO
