OMG emails with Hilka, either I am thick or the person I am dealing with, lacks communication skills.
From help here, help from a motorcycle forum and a piece from a Hilka email I have I think now understood how their Grease Gun works.
One gun comes in a cardboard box and one comes in a hard plastic that has a cardboard background. The boxed one seems more expensive but has a box, the other one wold be difficult to store and protect. I would also like to get a 14mm female to unknown male thread fitting so I can dispense directly into the "wheel bearing" having removed the grease nipple.
