No, I just mounted it flat, didn't test if it worked in any other direction.

If it's mounted correctly (horizontal), the axis would be:
x

|
|
___________y
If it's mounted vertically, axis would be:
y
|
|
|
|
|
___________x
What would be the difference? (apart from the X axis becoming the Y axis)
