If your not happy with the loss adjuster, make a complaint and ask for him to be replaced. We had to do this after a bush fire burnt the house down. The loss adjuster visited and accused us of starting the fire. He was a ghastly man with pointed vampire back teeth and sinister looking eyes. Morning Phil, Blimey! He sounded like a nightmare, I took a few pics of the water pouring in for insurance purposes. Yes Colin said the same thing. Oh! for heavens sake! Just had a phone call & the assessor cant come out today!
The kitchen is a bomb site & they said not to do anything else until they've been. I need it clearing out to dry out
