I view your post as negative about the said company, in fact I consider it more negative then a negative post about P&P, lol
I'll also add that many companies web sites are checked for price and perhaps a customer may go else where because its cheaper.

This will be my last post on the topic also.
Businesses have to balance costs and revenues in order to survive. This means managing costs.
When people draw on a business' services without any intention of contributing to their revenue, the business will ultimately have to reduce its cost base.
The only people on whom it reflects badly are those who keep drawing benefits without contributing to the revenues. Worse still, those who then complain about the reduced levels of free service.
Personally, I would really like some company to offer for my Vauxhalls, the sort of information service that Rimmers provide for our cars. Such a business would get my every order for Vauxhall parts.
