From the Eastern Daily Press. Lots of priorities for cyclists and pedestrians??? Plenty of Bolshy cyclists already. This will make them more annoying!!! Not too keen on the pedestrians take priority when a vehicle is turning left off a main road. I can see lots of "rear ending" going on as cars stop to let pedestrians cross the road at junctions (or pedestrians just stepping off the kerb in front of moving cars).
Who thinks these things up???

not just rear ending .... pedestrain upending as well im afraid. its going to cause alot of problems i think . ...
