I'm sure a breaker will have the relevant IRED for you
The KDC-BT43U doesn't have the din plug output for the six disc changer and it was for this reason when I upgraded from my KRC-394 I chose a KDC-W4544...... the disc changer functionality was more important to me than bluetooth, as I already had a Parrot handsfree fitted.
It also works with the original IR sensor, and looks quite OEM
