Hi Simon and Clf, I was using Hermes, after I got the information from them about the restrictions, I went a .Gov site and was given the impression these restriction are an across the board thing. so did not try any other carriers assuming I would meet the same blocks. If what you say is true then I owe 75Driver an apology
