From what Jim (the previous owner of the car said) I'm not sure as to whether the kits were actually available, or whether they were sent to dealers for evaluation, but the previously posted instructions do include a page indicating the labour charges etc. to be applied to the fitting of the integrated kit, so maybe they just weren't a very popular option!
