I have converted one of these and between Messenger and myself were going to setup a small production line if there is sufficient demand. Costs should be less than £25 (with your old switchpack in part-ex)
The costs are 90% labour as it took me quite a while to do a neat job. Maybe with practice I will be quicker and the price will fall.
I used the small button from the rear window isolation switch for the powerfold function. It even lights up!
