If it doesn't light up it points to a fault within the ECM. Try contacting Marinabrian as I'm sure he would check the ECM over if you posted it to him.
As Colvert mentioned, a faulty cam sensor would also prevent the engine from starting, as would a lack of HP fuel pressure. A sniff of easy start can help with the HP fuel pressure as the engine driven HP pump will turn a bit faster allowing it to get to the required pressure, but I see you have already tried that.
