The local news reported the truth, this week the amount of people testing positive with Covid 19 went from 1 to 4 this week.

My area, (Redcar & Cleveland), was also quoted (by the Daily Express I think) as being on the verge of another lockdown. Reason? - the number of positive tests had increased from 0 to 1
