I’ll third the wahler stat. Fitted one to father in laws car a few weeks ago. He said it’s the 1st time he’s smelled heat....😆
I find that their construction makes them more suitable for installation in the top hose than others, as they have a body with a rounded profile mating with the hose, rather than a “sharp” flange.
I don’t have a picture to hand to show what I mean.
