I’m not so sure. It was like it when I got the car the car before doing any work, and since I fitted a different engine it’s been like it - bled a couple of times. I’ve done 2k miles like it - including some high revs / long distance driving, and also been stuck in traffic for an hour. Temps read normal via diagnostic mode on the dash and via OBD, and the fan kicks in.
