It's always too hot in hospitals, summer and winter (think of the money they could save if they turned it down by just 1 degree).

It's a Monday to Friday operation; less experienced staff and fewer of them at weekends (no excuse for this, needs change directed from the top).
Those puddings do sound tempting!
